This position reports to the Markets Control Assessment & Testing Head, within the COO’s Controls Testing Utility. It is a strategic- and execution-oriented management position that is accountable for operational controls performance assessment and assurance for Markets controls as well as monitoring and testing tools. The Pest Control Manager oversees pest management operations. He/She may manage multiple sites or projects concurrently and is able to manage resources effectively. • Responsible for developing and managing the annual budget of the sales and marketing department, allocating resources appropriately, and ensuring the maximization of market and sales activities within the budget.
• Research the development trends and competitive environment in Singapore and Southeast Asia, develop and implement sales strategies, acquire new clients, and maintain existing client relationships.
• Continuously enhance personal and team technical capabilities, use technological differentiation strategies to provide clients with value-added customized solutions, and expand company business.
• Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with clients.
• Identify and manage market and sales risks, ensuring the compliance and efficiency of the budget.
• Build and train the sales team, set and monitor performance targets.
• Regularly report business progress and market dynamics to company executives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) with relevant marketing experience of at least 3-5 years, e.g., Marketing in the trade of AC/ DC power supply and Electronic components.
• Good local market knowledge and business understanding of customers’ requirements.
• Able to work under pressure to achieve budgeted targets.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
