About the team

11. Escalate complex issues affecting work products or service quality to the appropriate team members for resolution.
12. Drive continuous improvement in production quality through the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
13. Maintain and control master lists of all released Quality Management System (QMS) documents to ensure up-to-date documentation.
14. Perform vendor quality assessments to advise on contract renewals, terminations, and new vendor selection.
15. Plan and conduct regular internal inspections and audits in line with relevant procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive servicing, repair, or maintenance, with a focus on quality control or assurance. Prior experience within the government sector is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair processes, diagnostics, and industry best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies related to work quality, technical specifications, and safety standards to maintain excellence in service.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technicians, customers, and management.
• Personal Attributes: Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player. Demonstrates a proactive, “can-do” attitude with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Certifications Required

• Diploma in any field
• Certification in quality management or auditing (ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, Six Sigma)

Quality Technician (Jurong Island)

Responsibilities

• Support production shift team with sample testing
• Cleaning and preparation of sampling apparatus, Ampule, gel bottles and other laboratory glassware.
• Prepare reagent and standard sample for analytical equipment.
• Report abnormalities and support troubleshooting of equipment.
• Review and revise for QC process flow, control plan and SOP of analytical such as non-prime product, process problems and complain.
• Investigate root cause and take corrective action plan.
• Planning for analytical process modification and analytical process change.

Requirements

• Min NITEC or Diploma in Chemical Engineering field or other relevant certificates
• Possess Analytical knowledge and Skills such as gas chromatography, gel permeation chromatography, Fourier infrared analysis, gel analysis, Karl Fischer’s method and titration method) are preferred
• Highly motivated, a team player, with the ability to multitask and project management skills
• Understand quality policy and basic rule.
