The role will focus on sustainability, social responsibility, governance, and operational excellence. This includes overseeing the five key areas: Environment, Supply Chain, Employees, Stakeholder Relations, and Health & Safety. The role combines a commitment to both environmental and social responsibility while focusing on enhancing the quality of hotel services and operations. Quality Improvement

• Continuously encourages reporting and recording of defects from all sources daily.
• Ensures all guest defects are resolved prior to or after guest had departed the hotel.
