1. Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems based on ISO standards.

Qualifications and experience:

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Material Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.); advanced degree or certifications are a plus.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, with a focus on ISO certifications.

· Strong understanding of ISO 9001 Standards, with the ability to interpret and implement their requirements effectively.

· Knowledge on Component FAI / PPAP / PSW from supplier are a plus

The Position

Requirements

The Environmental Quality Auditor(s) shall possess the following competency and experience:

• Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Environmental Cleaning/Services for cleaning supervisor or possess a relevant WSQ Qualification or equivalent in cleaning supervision; and
• Possess valid Environmental Control Coordinator (“ECC”) license.

PM Singapore is currently looking to expand the CQV capabilities. This role will be supporting one of our many clients in the field of commissioning, qualification and validation work within the Life Sciences space.

Your day to day role would involve the following activities:

• Planning, Performance, and Coordination of Computer System Validation, Equipment Qualification, Temperature Controlled Objects (Freezers, Incubator etc), Clean Utilities Validation and cleaning validation in accordance with internal procedures and industry standards.
• The qualification includes, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ of any additional modifications of existing manufacturing process equipment, package units (e.g. Ultrafiltration Unit, Chromatography Columns, autoclave, FIT testers), commercial off the shelves (COTS) analytical instruments, freezers,
• Create, review and approve equipment qualification and analytical instruments lifecycle documentations, e.g. FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols and reports, risk assessments, technical specifications.
• Can lead investigation revolving around discrepancies identified during qualification activities.

We would like to hear from candidates who have:

• Min 10 years of relevant experience in validation activities (including the creation, pre-execution approval, execution, post-execution review, and post-execution approval of all validation lifecycle documents)
• Leading daily validation meetings with cross functional teams in resolving validation issues.
• Experience in equipment qualification including analytical instrumentation and manufacturing equipment.
• Work experience in Pharmaceutical or BioPharma industries
• Hands on validation execution experience
• Able to execute activities in cGMP environment, including cleanrooms or technical areas.

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the validation of Customer technical requirements by means of inspection of In-coming goods and release lots in SAP with defined usage decisions. Testing of ISIR samples (type test) for product approval process (power, control & data cable) with compliance to company standards and verify compliance to the international cable standards e.g. EN / IEC requirements. Understanding of each testing standards and be able to communicate the requirements to respective parties including suppliers. Establish test specification to be followed by suppliers. To be able to operate all laboratory equipment in the process of cable type testing. Keep track of product approvals and Company's approved suppliers’ performance monitoring to ensure continuous product compliance to the intended specification. Corrective and preventive action process with supplier with CAR logging and follow-up for effective closure of complaints and issues related to product quality.

Knowledge in product testing and certification will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Validate product quality conformance by conducting In-coming inspection and type testing for cable & accessories, include updating into SAP.

2. To be able to operate Laboratory test equipment for cable testing and accessories inspection

3. Understand international cable testing standards and inspection requirements with compliance to internal ISO procedures. Prepare test specification with detailed inspection requirement to be followed by the supplier.

4. Prepare and issue Customer test reports, certificates & COC

5. Track supplier quality by means of in-coming inspection or arise from Customer complaints. Update results in SAP system and release inspected lots according to the usage decision defined.

6. To generate supplier CAR and track for corrective action and effective closure of CARs by liaising with the supplier.

7. Liaising with relevant departments including suppliers to effectively close the CAR issued for Customer complaints or CAR’s which arise from internal findings (Z2 & Z8).

8. Maintain inspection records in SAP, determine skip lot and setup inspection requirements in SAP.

9. Assist Customer’s Technical enquiries e.g. Customer letter, RoHS, REACH & CE

10. Understand and comply with relevant ISO procedures, work instructions and corporate directives

11. Assist in other day to day activities related to QA department as assigned by superior.

12. Contribute to achieving company, department and personal KPIs through due diligence, duty of care & personal accountability for Quality assurance in all tasks.

Skills & Qualification:

▪ Min. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or equivalent

▪ Min. 2 years’ experience in electrical / electronic product testing and qualification.

▪ Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard will be added advantage.

▪ To be able to operate lab equipment e.g. calliper, visual scope, resistance checker, High voltage tester etc.

▪ Prior experience in SAP system and knowledge of cable product testing is an added advantage

• Establish XDC Singapore site quality system, ensure it complies with FDA, EMA and PICs GMP requirement;

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ working experience in production and/or quality management in biopharma, with 8+ years in production QA or quality system QA.
• 5+ years’ experience in team management
• Be familiar with FDA, EMEA, PICS GMP requirement
• Experience with quality system set up for new site is preferred
• Experience with Biopharma commercial quality system is preferred
• Familiar with quality management requirement throughout the whole product lifecycle, including process development, clinical and commercialization.

Tertiary education in relevant fields is preferred

· Experience in programming in Java / Python / NodeJs is preferred

· Hands-on experience with software testing including automated functional testing tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, Maven, Capybara is preferred.

Role: Quality Engineer (QE)

Position Overview:

The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of construction materials, processes, and workmanship throughout a project. This role involves developing QA/QC documents, monitoring site quality control activities, monitoring compliance with standards, and implementing quality assurance procedures to deliver projects that meet contract, client specifications, international standards, and Singapore regulatory requirements. This role is essential to delivering high-quality, durable, and safe civil engineering projects while maintaining efficiency and minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take part in developing QA procedures as required by the project Quality Assurance Plan.

2. Develop and/or review QC report templates and checklists as per ITPs.

3. Participate in developing quality training materials per project quality requirements and technical specifications. Conduct quality training for subcontractors’ QC inspectors and site supervisors.

4. Conduct regular checks for site QC activities and QC report completion.

5. Cover day-time site inspections for civil works as per ITPs when it is needed by site situations.

6. Take part in project internal quality audits in accordance with project audit procedures to ensure compliance with company ISO 9001 QMS, and Singapore regulatory requirements. Identify non-conformities and work with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

7. Take part in project external quality audits to subcontractors in accordance with project audit procedures to ensure compliance with subcontract, project specifications, codes, and Singapore regulatory requirements. Identify non-conformities and work with project teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

8. Regularly monitor project KPIs, and ensure out-of-target KPIs are identified and raised to applicable subcontractors for root cause analysis, in the meantime, report to the QAQC manager.

9. Coordinate with discipline engineers, subcontractors, the client, and third-party inspectors to ensure project quality requirements are met.

10. Take part in preparing mechanical completion documents before commissioning.

11. Prepare the Turnover Package (TOP) at the project ending stage.

Requirements for the role:

Ø Degree or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.

Ø At least 6 years of relevant Experience in quality assurance (QA) and QA document development in Singapore for civil engineering projects.

Ø Experience in site quality control (QC) related inspection and tests.

Ø Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and standards (BS EN, SS, ASTM).

Responsibilities

• Responsible to establish and oversee Quality functions and strategies, for SCTH cell therapy programs and other provided services, including but not limited to area of quality assurance, quality control, compliance and batch dispositions.

• Responsible in implementation and maintain Quality Management Systems, and to ensure compliance to policies/standards of National Speciality Centres and applicable regulations.

• Drives performance improvement and monitor effectiveness of QMS by identifying, defining and establishing key quality indicators for management reviews.

• Supports cross-functional team in ensuring that the clinical program is conducted and reported according to applicable current GxP, regulations (e.g. FDA, HSA) and standards (e.g. FACT/JACIE). In the beginning phase of project, supports and provides quality oversight to Technology Transfer requirement for clinical trial material production.

• Lead and inspire a strong quality organization by attracting and developing talents, lead implementation of talent development strategies within organization.

• Responsible as the centre’s Quality representative to regulatory authorities and third-party inspections.

• Alerts senior management of significant quality and compliance risks.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by Senior Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree, or higher, in Science, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or equivalent, with preference of more than 10 years of relevant work experience in Quality Lead role in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device/healthcare industry.

• Extensive knowledge of quality control, quality management system and validations requirement, preferably with third party customer/supplier or vendor management experience.

• Extensive knowledge in regulations and industrial guidance, and experience with technological transfer.
