Job Responsibilities:

· Report to Financial Controller who is a qualified CPA / Chartered Accountant

· Execute the company’s inventory policy

· Manage the company’s inventory system including stock profiles and locations

· Churning of necessary daily and weekly Inventory/Purchasing reports

· Ensure incoming goods are receipted and managed appropriately in Finance aspect

· Review historical data to build timely forecasts for assigned markets

· Responsible for planning periodic stock checks via audit work and stock takes

· Perform reconciliation or audit after physical counts and liaise with business units to rectify variance

· Monitor inventory stock -cards and systems to maintain safety stock level to avoid ‘’out-of-stock’’ situations

· Audit check on stock flow accuracy

· Timely update stock movement in physical stock-card and inventory system

· Check on supplier invoices

· Assist in other financial matters

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business fields

· 2 years of relevant experience preferably from service / hospitality / healthcare / retail industry

· Recent university or polytechnic graduates in relevant fields without work experience but with good attitude and academic records are welcome to apply.

· Candidate who are undergoing CPA training program are welcome to apply

· Experience working in fast-growing SMEs will be an advantage

· Good in planning and organising work flow, with strong in numeracy, analytical and good interpersonal skills

· Proficient in English communication and writing.

· Ability to read, write, and converse in Chinese will be an added advantage as liaising with our counterparts in China and Chinese customers.

· Enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environment

· A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation and integrity

· Strong proficiency in Excel and proficient in Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and IT systems

• Production of daily P&L reports and consolidation of all trade book reports, ensuring its precision, consistency, and integrity
• Resolving queries from traders or other departments relating to P&L-impacting topics
• Raising queries to traders when proposed booking changes or business practices are unclear and bringing awareness and understanding to the impacts of deal changes or bookings to different departments, considering how it will impact them
• Validation of physical LNG and derivative deal entries ensure an accurate valuation within our ETRM

Requirements :

• At least 3 to 5 years of market risk experience within an energy or commodity trading environment
• Familiar with Power BI, Tableau, Altery, Python or equivalent, Data Analytics, Data Visualization
• Experience in commodities and/or P&L management.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with the headquarters in China.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Support and coordinate project management through analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Develop budgets and schedules to conform to project requirements.
• Generate purchase requests and vendor paperwork in assigned projects.
• Support monthly financial projections by analyzing consultant, employee and subcontract labor.

• Develop work breakdown structure and prepare diagrams, graphs and charts to analyze problems.
• Guide, supervise, support, train and conduct quality control.
• Support senior staff and ensure satisfaction of project milestones and customer requirements.
• Develop business architecture project schedule as per established customer requirements.
• Describe enterprise primary business functions and determine stakeholders.
• Define organization and function transcending support, core and strategic processes.
• Monitor project execution to achieve maximum effectiveness for international and domestic projects.
• Oversee and report performance and progress through analytical techniques to validate cost and performance.
• Minimize company commercial risk through accountability of major project decisions.
