• Stay updated on the frozen food industry trends, new products, packaging innovations, and regulatory requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of the product range and its benefits.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet wholesale demand. This includes managing stock rotations and addressing potential supply chain disruptions.
• Track competitors’ pricing, product innovations, and distribution strategies. Adjust business practices to remain competitive and maximize market share.
• Understanding of frozen food products, storage, transportation, and the cold chain.
• Identify and develop new wholesale channels, such as regional distributors, international markets, or online B2B platforms.
• Willing to do rotating shift work. Must work on weekends/PH. (Strictly off on week days)
• Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
• Must have knowledge to control storage room temperatures for frozen products

• Able to withstand pungent smell of meat/livestock working environment
