As a fast growing Cloud Analytics services organisation, looking for qualified sales manager to meet revenue targets. The person will be responsible for achieving targets by both hunting new logos and farming existing customers. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of entire sales process, generate leads, maintain relationship with key technology partners & customers and close deals. We are looking for those with track record of success and inspire the team by example. This role focuses predominantly Singapore as the target geography.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

· Responsible for meeting revenue targets leveraging own contacts, lead generation activities and alliance partners

· Manage the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally

· Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals, and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value

· Generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle often in absence of an existing client relationship or opportunity

The ideal candidate has:

· Has prior experience in leading and closing multi-year deals

· Having some prior experience in selling cloud services based data warehousing or analytics/ data science solutions

· Ability to identify a client problem statement, craft a value proposition that provides specific outcomes addressing client problem

· Ability to provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives

· Ability to originate new opportunities

Qualifications

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling cloud (IaaS or PaaS) and/or analytics services.

· Possess any of the cloud fundamentals certification

· Have sold deals of data warehousing, analytics solutions

· Have positioned winning strategy development and value proposition development

· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

• Assist in the Outlet Manager in the operations of outlet
• Drive revenue, maximize profits and minimize costs of the outlet

JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounts Payable

Monitor and ensure data of inventories/ invoices/ vendor particulars are input into the Accounting System.
Ensure all documentations are well received, invoices tally with delivery orders and ensuring payment are promptly issued within credit term.
Generating of payment vouchers and issuance of cheques.
Ensure payment are immediately entered into the Accounting System upon payment.
Proper filing and book keeping.

Accounts Receivable

Generating invoices accordingly to certified payment.
Follow up on accounts receivable with relevant clients.
Ensure timely collection of payment.
Keeping proper documentations and paper trail regarding related AR matters.

Monitoring of Project

Generate weekly (WIP) Work-in-progress report to reflect revenue, COGS, labour costs and other operating expenses to derive the profitability of the week.
Ensure timely and justifiable certification of payment are provided by Clients.
Keep track of progress claim status and Accounts Receivable.

Finalization of Project

Generate report to reflect the statistics of man-hours/ COGS/ operating expenses and update to system for future reference.
Finalize payment and keep track of retention amount and time frame.
Final settlement of payment and record project reference into “Completed projects”.

Administrative Duties/ Others

Generating of invoices, payment vouchers and other related documents.
Ensure neat and tidy book keeping.
Assist with issuance of wages to workers and breaking down into the appropriate monetary denominations.
Fulfil any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Superior/ Management.
Reimbursement to employees / Petty cash.
Generate weekly reports for Management review. (Progress Claim status, WIP and Accounts Receivable)
