What you will be working on

About the Job

The Quality Department plays a very important role in Cyrus in maintaining the quality management system and driving quality improvements to deliver high quality products for our customers. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and standards such as TS16949 and VDA 6.3.
• Experience collaborating with counterparts in China/Taiwan.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be based in China and Vietnam for at least 10 months per year (separate living accommodations provided). The role includes annual 4 round-trip tickets back to Singapore.
