Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for quality issues arising from production and customer feedback, and collaborate with the production tea to address internal process issues and implement corrective actions to resolve customer complaints with proper documentation
• Implement the quality inspection standards, on incoming, in process and outgoing inspections, and provide QA inputs to production to resolve quality-related issues at in-process and final inspections
• Responsible for timely closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), non-conformance investigation report and customer complaints and, publish reports on quality performance
• Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting involving members from production, engineering and quality departments to conduct root cause analysis, address quality issues, implement corrective actions and review its effectiveness
• Lead the team of QC inspectors in the inspection of parts for conformity in accordance with relevant drawing requirements
• Perform any other duties, as assigned

Microbiology and Biochemical Product Testing:

• Perform EM such as active air sampling, surface and passive air samplings, plate readings and inspection of cleaned facility and sterilised equipment
• Responsible for planning,monitoring and approving microbiological testing
• Perform method Qualification,validation and product testing (e.g. sterility and endoxin) to support QC lot release.
• Perform stability testing of released final products as per protocol and timelines.
• Support assessment of certification/accreditation and services provided by external labs for QC testing.
• Knowledge in biochemical testing, including cell counts, flow cytometry, ELISA, PCR analysis, and compendial testing (pH, Appearance) as per USP, JP, and EP standards

Documents, Records and Data Management:

• Drafting and updating of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and specification documents for EM, equipment, sampling plan, test methods, final products and raw/packaging materials.
• Author and review technical protocols and reports (e.g. EM risk analysis), develop guidelines and standard practices for data documentation, analysis and training.
• Review test results, document data and produce trends (e.g. EM) in an efficient, organised and presentable manner to facilitate discussions, support business and performance metrics reporting.

Deviations, Change Control and Audits Management:

• Support deviations (e.g. test OOS, EM excursion) initiation, investigations and root cause analysis for product defects and quality lapses.
• Support change control and CAPA implementation.
• Support internal and external audits/inspections.

Equipment and Lab Management:

• New equipement commisihing support( Operational qualification-OQ, Performance qualification- PQ
• Monitor and schedule equipment calibration and maintenance as per schedule and site master file.

Continuous Improvement:

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering or a related field, coupled with a deep understanding of quality management principles and practices. This role requires a hands-on approach, involving direct participation in assembly, calibration, and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

Quality Management System:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system (QMS) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Oversee the documentation and control of quality records, procedures, and work2020 instructions.
• Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance

• Lead inspections, tests, and verifications of products and processes.
• Collaborate to ensure product designs and manufacturing processes meet quality standards.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Hands-on Involvement:

• Actively participate in the assembly, calibration, and testing of nanoparticle synthesis equipment and systems.
• Conduct detailed inspections and functional tests to ensure product quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during production or testing.

Supplier Quality:

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed of relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, CE marking, FDA).

Continuous Improvement:

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:
