1. The scope of Services for the One (1) Onshore Quality Assurance/ Tester shall be as follows:

a) Understand and document business processes, workflow and user story;

b) Perform checks under both functional and non-functional scopes of testing;

c) Review, develop and align test plan, test cases, scenarios and strategies, ensure adherence to quality standards;

The Quality Governance Lead is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of financial, project, and operational data across the organization. This role involves developing and managing dashboards, early alerts, and quality governance reporting, as well as driving corrective actions based on key project and financial indicators. Video Infrastructure is one of the world's leading video platforms that provides media storage, delivery, transcoding, and streaming services. We are building the next generation video processing platform and the largest live streaming network, which provides excellent experiences for billions of users around the world. Popular video products of TikTok and its affiliates are all empowered by our cutting-edge cloud technologies. Working in this team, you will have the opportunity to tackle challenges of large-scale networks all over the world, while leveraging your expertise in coding, algorithms, complexity analysis, and large-scale system design.

Responsibilities

1. Track, analyse and conduct troubleshooting via online and offline channels. Come up with optimization strategies and tactics.

2. Actively participate in planning and building our Quality System (QS).

3. Communicate with users to identify needs and expectations. Collaborate with product management, R&D and service teams to meet customer requirements.

4. Ensure standardization of service quality by providing supporting data.

5. Take holistic approach to optimize established technical support mechanism as well as our QS.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

2. Able to work in fast-pace environment and embrace constant changes and challenges.

3. Good knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (eg. TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Strong experience in troubleshooting with critical problem-solving skills.

2. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and communicate with all levels within the organization.
