Job Summary: The UFIT Performance Account Manager will ensure a strong relationship with clients by maintaining high service standards and achieving business goals. This role involves setting and achieving targets, maintaining and growing membership engagement, and exceeding performance expectations.
Desirable qualities:
● A community driver - Possess exceptional oral and written
communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You
should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the
ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our
community. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and
voice of our brand and manage all community communications.
● A goal-getter- Setting and achieving goals with our clients is the
single most important task our team has every day. The account
manager at each location needs to live and breathe this approach
and be committed to optimizing all processes to help our partners
and employees achieve their goals.
● An effective agent of change – Able to make all clients and
members feel valued, seen and heard, whilst simultaneously
ensuring the standards of each and every session delivered remain
high.
● Possess a Bachelors in Sports Science with 2 years of experience in a
corporate wellness/ fitness coaching environment
● Relevant coaching qualifications in PT, yoga and or Pilates would be
preferable
Roles and Responsibilities:
Summary:
● Provide tailored support for two distinct groups: members and office-
based staff.
● Enhance the existing Strong Body/Strong Mind program to deliver even
greater health and engagement outcomes, and taking the Program to
the next level.
● Create aglobally connected workforce, through Beekeeper, where
health and community thrive.
● Ensure constant focus and attention of clients on setting goals, achieving
results
● Conduct 3-5 classes per week
● Manage vendors and external freelancers to ensure service delivery and
standards are met
● Implement and ensure an “on brand” experience across the company
● The account manager will work closely with the UFIT SMT to ensure
continued engagement of the members
● Develop and promote online coaching, online seminars, and community
activations for the company workforce in-office; emphasizing wellness
and the importance of healthy lifestyles.
● Data driven; Management of the external class vendors and tacking data
and feedback from members and engagement per
program/class/seminar/etc
● Plan and develop Wellness seminars about Chronic Disease Management
and topics around the 5 pillars ; Movement, Recovery, Mindset, Nutrition,
Community modules.
● Assist in planning wellness activation events and UFIT events , including
speakers and health related demonstrations where needed
Business Development:
● Assisting the UFIT SMT with the promotion of key initiatives and
events to introduce UFIT and the Circle of Care to members
● Monthly and Quarterly reporting analysis
● Drive and focus on increasing more unique engagement through
classes and wellness seminars to get better reach with existing
member base and to reach a wider demographic
Operations:
● Oversee launch and implementation of the UFIT Brand and our
services
● Deliver excellent customer service and other administrative tasks
efficiently
● Oversee day-to-day operations of the Company’s wellness
● Plan and deliver Fitness Classes weekly
Human Resources:
● Setup and training of employees (how to use our coaching app,
booking systems and processes)
● Liaise with existing UFIT staff to deliver seminars, classes and
wellness events
● Manage budget allocated for the cost of instructors and health
professionals where needed.

Key Performance Indicators: (TBC)
● Achieve the monthlyengagement targets for the company
● Create Wellness curriculum
● Onboarding of all employees onto the wellness platform
● Number of clients on engagement in Classes and wellness activations
● Unique user attendance for classes
● Integration; Number of referrals Circle of Care PT into the various
UFIT Hubs
● Delivery and reporting of team results and celebrating client/
member milestones
