• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all direct and indirect tax returns for SG Group of companies to the IRAS

Key Responsibility

The Customer Experience Manager steers the strategic planning process to secure an excellent customer experience for all customers. • Hold team meeting in regular basis , understand team sales status and provide necessary advise / guidelines.

Competency

• Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

• Min 3 years’ experience in senior sales manager position in freight forwarding industry

• Leadership experience in managing a team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills．

• Proficient in MS Office applications (word , excel , power point )

• Experience in profitability simulations, progress report and preparing presentation slides / proposal.

• Good in communication and negotiation. Excellent presentation skill．

• Strong organizational and management skills.

• Strategic thinking and statistical analysis skills.

• Proactive, resourceful with ability to work well independently or in groups.

• Enthusiastic about sales job, teamwork spirit, communication skill and interpersonal.

• Must be brisk and active and quick work.

• Need quick response and reporting in case of any irregularities.

• Detail and accurate for reports

• Complete task within deadlines

• Relevant experience of operation work in Air or Ocean operation department would be at advantage.
