The Senior Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and compliance of franchise locations within Bacha Coffee outlets. This individual will work closely with franchisees and overseas partners to ensure that brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations are met or exceeded. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits and audits to franchise locations to assess operational performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

About role

He / she is responsible in executing direction, strategy, planning, and delivery of the company’s manufacturing activities worldwide (flavor house, beer, tobacco, printing and others). He / She shall take lead on commissioning, start-up and streamlining manufacturing operations, reduce inefficiency in operations and optimized the product cost for the plant / projects under his / her care.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join us. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a S$1.5 million PPC and lead generation budget, engaging over 100,000 SMEs annually.

As part of the senior management team, you will shape and execute marketing strategies that drive 20% year-on-year business growth while establishing EPOS as the preferred choice for SMEs.

What You’ll Do

Drive Performance on PPC Campaigns

• Strategize, optimize, and execute PPC and SEM campaigns.
• Focus on key performance metrics, including CPC, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Continuously experiment, innovate, and refine ad strategies for maximum results.

Creative Leadership

• Develop compelling creative concepts for branding and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with Product and Sales to drive messaging.

Product Marketing

• Craft clear, persuasive communication to showcase EPOS’s powerful product offerings to SMEs.
• Design targeted campaigns to drive interest and engagement with our solutions.

Digital Brand Strategy

• Develop and execute a cohesive digital strategy across platforms including our website, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives for ITS’s range of Medical Equipment & Consumables;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to grow our product portfolio;
• Research and analyze market and competition to identify potential opportunities and to keep tabs on what’s trending;
• Carry out training and product awareness to support the sales team;
• Partake in sales and marketing budget management and sales performance forecasting to safeguard alignment with business objectives;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, life sciences) preferably with background of Diagnostic Imaging, Radiology, Ultrasonography;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in medical imaging solutions, with some exposure in working within a high-performing sales team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, and driving business growth;
• Strong presentation and influencing skills to build lasting customer rapport;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
