  Qualification and Education Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production Engineering.
  MBA or a higher degree in a relevant field is advantageous.

Requirements

• Mercantile Marine University/College or equivalent

• Good communications and coordination skills to work with teams from diverse backgrounds
• Experience as DPA, Superintendent (Marine or Manning) in Ship management company or related to Maritime Security
• Practical experienced in handling various machinery issues/troubles, troubleshooting repairs and preventive maintenance

This is a Quality Inspector (QI) role to implement and carry out quality check to achieve high construction and workmanship quality in the delivery stage, to the satisfaction & expectation of our customers on apartment unit quality and in-line with our company vision of providing quality homes.

Responsibilities:

• IImplement and carry out the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for Construction Quality so that the work can achieve high construction and workmanship quality in the delivery stage.
• Ensure readiness for Temporary Occupation (TOP), that the work progress by contractor are inspected and recorded, so as to deliver quality homes to customers.
• Carry out Independent Quality Mark (QM) check of all units, monitor defects rectification after Temporary Occupation and during Defects liability Period (DLP).

• Ensure unit defects are rectified in a timely manner and within the time frame allowed or specified.
• On site implementation of our CDL 5-Star Environment, Health & Safety Policy and ensuring Contractor achieves the highest standard during every CDL 5-Star Quarterly Site Inspections

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in electrical/ mechanical, civil engineering or engineering disciplines
• At least 8-10 years’ experience in the construction industry especially on quality inspection and delivery

Requirements

• Possess at least 1 - 2 years working experience in Service Quality function or quality improvement programmes in healthcare or similar setup.

Requirements

Role Scope:

Develop, implement, monitor, and improve Alcon quality standards across APAC affiliates and distribution locations. The role will ensure operational processes align with Alcon quality requirements and regulatory specifications. Major Accountabilities

· Lead, drive and implement Lean Six Sigma program in region.

· Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangement for APAC QRA leadership team.

· Overseas travel is required for the role (i.e. 20% of travel is involve)

Education: Bachelor’s degree and above. Preferably in Engineering or Scientific field

Experience/Knowledge/Skill:

• Minimum 5 years practical experience in regulated industry in medical devices and supplier quality auditing with 3rd party management in a large multinational medical device or pharma company.
• Influence and drive results from the region QA managers with no direct reporting lines
• Able to work independently and able to perform in an environment with some degree of complexity and ambiguity
• Attention to details and rigor, to be able to run QA operation and project planning and execution
