• Coordinate with all internal departments and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of projects
• Certify subcon/vendor payment claim (certify payment requisition in HelloSign)
• Ensure timely project delivery at high quality standard and to client’s expectation
• Work closely with QS on VO summary update, ensuring PMI/PO are received prior to commencing all additional works. Close out project VO with client upon project completion
• Inform QS team upon achieving key project milestones for progress claim submission / billing
• Prepare project close-out report and organise internal project close-out discussion to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.

Job Requirement

• Adopt a proactive mind-set when facing and solving issues; take charge of the planning and organization of resources and activities at site.
• Minimum must have 3 years of relevant experience in Renovation & Fit-out Works in SINGAPORE (ID & Joinery）
