Experience, Skill and Competency required:

• 1-3 years of pre-sales, technical sales or sales of construction equipment (such as Forklift, Excavator, Drilling Rig, Crawler Cranes) in construction / engineering industry. Duties & Responsibilities:

1. The Construction Manager shall play a key role in the conceptual development of the various construction projects and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation
2. He/She will be required to plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan whilst managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
3. Responsible for cost management to manage projects within approved budgets, include materials, manpower and machinery cost control for new and running projects
4. Responsible for exercising timely instructions to deal with the results of delays, or emergencies at construction project sites
5. Reviewing manpower planning and monitoring of work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation. Ensure to exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
6. To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects
7. To liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities compliance issues

Requirements:

1. 10 years relevant working experience within the Construction industry
2. Should possess a minimum qualification of Degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent qualification
3. Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
4. Able to work under stress and complete tasks within set deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

• Support continuous improvement efforts in QMS.
• Support in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective/ preventive actions for process related concerns.
• Analyze and provide timely respond to customer complaints.
• Interface with Customer and Operations to ensure new product transfer to manufacturing are in accordance with approved requirements.
• Prepare Quality performance metrics and reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Quality Management System in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001. Knowledge of API Q1 is preferred.
• Strong command of English language, both oral & writing.
• Knowledge of metal working industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of risk assessment principles and methods.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities:

The Production Manager will take the lead in ensuring production, including the development of procedures and knowledge transfer to the operations team

· Report to the Plant Manager, fully responsible for the customized products, varieties and operations of the

customized manufacturing process.

· Responsible for the production system planning and management - planning, formulating and implementing

process strategies, roadmaps, and updating iteration plans

· Responsible for data analysis and promote data exchange between the entire supply chain including quality and

safety.

· Responsible for coordination and communication with the sales and engineering team on the process from

design, development to launch, and promote the achievement of product goals

· Cooperate with the logistics department to ensure that all deliveries are met promptly according to

commitments to customers.

· Work closely with the Sales and engineering team, involve in business planning strategies

· Responsible for ensuring the core personnel of each process are in place and carry out as per process flow and

product specification.

Requirements:

· Degree or a good Diploma in an engineering discipline, or equivalent

· More than 8 years of experience in Operation and management
