About the Role:

• Manage and support the overall financial reporting and financial closing in compliance with US GAAP, FRS, and Group reporting requirements, and financial analysis for various entities.

About You:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly safety trainings and annual safety drills at the depot. Conduct safety induction course for all new employees and visitors.
• Ensure all safety equipment, machines and tools are checked, serviced and tested as per regulatory requirements and in-house maintenance program.
• Review periodically depot OHSE manual as per stipulated. Suggest updating OHSE requirements include local authorities’ regulations and implement changes accordingly upon Depot Manager’s approval, keeping management informed.

• Jointly perform risk assessment on new business/depot activities (includes management of change) with relevant department heads and submit to Depot Manager for review and approval.

• Conduct weekly safety walk and monthly inspection program are conducted as per compliance and rectifications are completed promptly.

• Keep abreast with safety incidents and share with staffs and management and recommend preventive actions.
• Responsible to update Global Safety System and ensure compliance with PEP program.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Grad Diploma, Professional Degree, Chemistry, Engineer (Chemical), Engineering (Environmental/Healthy/Safety), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• Required to have Certificate for: Manhole Entry, Work At Height Assessor, Confined Space Assessor.
• At least 5 years of working experience in safety related field.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the overseas engineering teams, AI Engineers, and Backend Developers to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical requirements.
• Execution & Delivery: Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog items; and ensure smooth and timely releases.
• Performance Measurement: Monitor product performance using key metrics (e.g., customer engagement, conversion rates), gather feedback, and iterate to improve the product.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in product management, preferably in a fintech or AI-focused environment.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, especially NLP, and ability to understand technical constraints and opportunities.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup setting where you can swiftly adapt to change and continuously learn.
• Able to communicate in mandarin to liaise with mandarin-speaking counterparts.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive regional business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify and assess potential opportunities within the assigned region.
• Generate qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking, attending industry events, and utilizing various marketing channels.
• Lead the development and delivery of compelling presentations and proposals that effectively articulate the value proposition of our products or services.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and potential partners across the region.
• Negotiate and close significant deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
• Manage and develop a robust regional sales pipeline, monitoring progress and ensuring timely deal closures.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships that drive market reach, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales collateral specifically tailored to the regional market.
• Lead and mentor a team of regional sales representatives (optional, adjust based on structure).
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
