• The APAC Transportation Manager has the responsibility to manage and develop the regional transportation and shipping teams to ensure daily smooth operations but also to ensure that long term initiatives are supported and leaded by your function. You will have 5 – 15 direct reports in the shipping teams. You will be responsible to define the future design of the organization, and this may include to onboard external logistics partners, 4PL’s as well as deploy shared service center organization in low-cost countries. • The APAC Transportation Manager needs to have an extremely close collaboration with Performance Unit colleagues, Group functions, and directly with Customers. Your background:

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or preferred); MBA or Graduate-level Supply Chain degree highly advantageous
• 5-7+ years of logistics sourcing/procurement experience across multiple countries/regions
• Deep knowledge of regional logistics supply chain in road, rail, ocean and air
