Job description

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Project Management teams

• Collaborating closely with Design and Production departments on site installations and logistics.

• Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients

• Proposing marketing proposals and ensure smooth execution

• Manage contracts and, when necessary, attend site meetings with clients and consultants, conduct site surveys/measurements, and liaise with regulatory authorities and/or clients on installation, defect rectifications, and maintenance issues.

• Assist with handling and following up on sales inquiries, tenders, and quotations, coordinating with in-house designers on client product design requests, and managing indoor sales inquiries.

• Support the creation of marketing materials, tender documentation, and sales presentation/proposal collateral.

• Generate sales reports based on each project

• Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering calls, along with other duties as assigned.

JOB SCOPE

Accounting

• Assist with accounts payable & receivables.
• Payroll management.

Administration

• Support warehouse inventory management.

• Handling and sort delivery orders.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time.

EDUCATIONAL / SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Accounting / Bachelor of Banking and Finance / Bachelor of Business Administration
• At least 1-2 years of experience in supporting office accounts functions.
• Proficient in MS office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to provide additional administrative support when required.
