RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, create, lead and establish Sales opportunities and build effective relationships with potential partners
• Develop targeted new key account relationships and drive revenue growth.

Job Description & Requirements

• Assist Restaurant Manager to manage all day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, Grab & Go and Workspace.
• Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff.
• Assist Restaurant Manager on Producing and Prepare employee’s duty roster and shift schedules.
• Assist to Supervise kitchen, operations staff, and provide assistance as needed.
• Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms)
• Taking reservations and Handling customer enquiries or complaints for the Restaurant, Grab & Go, and Workspace.
• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus agreeing and managing budgets.
• Assist Restaurant Manager on Planning menus, ordering supplies, overseeing stock levels.
• Promoting and marketing the business, keeping statistical and financial records.
