Job Responsibilities The successful incumbent will be working closely with the customers, Relationship Managers and backroom operations and expected to handle the following key responsibilities: Quote and confirm rates for loan drawdown and rollovers with customers Handle repayment of loans Provide timely and effective support to Relationship Managers Follow up with customers on outstanding documentation pertaining to loan drawdown/rates confirmation Instruct and liaise with Backroom Operations for loan drawdown / loan rollover / loan repayment Update and maintain Team Registers and ensure data is kept up-to-date and accurate Job Requirements A recognized tertiary education with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in the banking and finance industry and good knowledge of lending to small and medium-sized enterprises Meticulous, organized person and able to work independently Possess good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills Able to work under tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office applications especially Microsoft Excel Be a part of UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
