Job description:

· Responsible for organizing, supervising, and directing project construction activities to successfully meet project specifications and schedules as Contractor’s principal representative to Owner at the jobsite.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth delivery of cargoes to customers/site within schedule.

Assume full responsibility for the daily management of all site activities, including construction, installation, commissioning, and operations, ensuring alignment with project timelines, budgets, and specifications.

• Lead and guide on-site teams, ensuring high performance and operational efficiency, and resolving any challenges that arise to keep the project on track.

• Manage the procurement, allocation, and utilization of materials and equipment, ensuring resources are used efficiently and project milestones are met without delays.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and timely issue resolution.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments, addressing potential issues promptly and ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily site activities, including construction progress, material usage, and workforce attendance. Prepare and submit regular status reports to senior management.

• Ensure that all project documentation, including construction drawings, test reports, and acceptance documents, is properly maintained and archived for future reference.

Job Scope

• Writing Procedures for Overhauling and Scope of Work For Gas turbine Valves Frame 5/6/7/9 in English and Italian for our Singaporean Italian Branch in Milan.
• Direct and lead department in the overall and installation, Overhauling maintenance and repairs.
• Manage maintenance contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance activities are executed effectively and efficiently within planned resources.
• Develop maintenance strategy with reference to Standard & maintenance policy, industry best practices/standard and local statutory compliance.
• Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans, forecast performance against business key performance indicators, develop business case for new projects and estimate financial and resources required to deliver performance targets.
• Monitor and review maintenance on site and carried out in accordance with safety, health, environment and loss preventive policies ,rules, regulations and according to company’s standards.
• Lead and direct maintenance engineers in project management of to ensure their performance meets company short and long term needs of the business.

1. Supervise a group of site staff, engineers.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.

Required Qualification, Skills and Attributes:

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, or related field. An advanced degree in Business/Finance/Construction Management or related field is strongly preferred.
• At least 04 years project and construction management experiences in the direct management of real estate projects of varying sizes, complexities and across multiple markets (retail, residential, commercial, industrial etc).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, seeks to develop strong client relationships.
• Excellent customer service and analytical skills are necessary as is an attention to detail personality.
• Proficient in the various project delivery models (DBB, DB, GMP, CM, MC etc.) and be confident enough to deploy them on any given project where the pro’s and con’s warrant such an approach.
