The General Manager is responsible for the P and L delivery of the business, covering operations accross the APAC region. Ideal Candiates should have experience of leading teams in through growth plans and be able take responsibility for QHSE, Financial and Operations performance.

This is a senior, consultative sales strategy and execution role reporting to the Senior Director of the GTM Shared Services Business Office.  We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Leadership in complex portfolio-driven organisations and adjacent, similar markets.  The focus of this role is to programmatically execute Sales Strategy by leveraging Sales Planning Motions as a vehicle to accelerate revenue growth, optimise resource leverage, and achieve portfolio sales outcomes.

In this role you will partner with Sales Leadership to drive sales productivity and performance in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.  Leveraging the framework of Sales Planning Motions, you will work with account teams and sales leaders in regular selling motion to achieve desired portfolio selling outcomes in our largest accounts.

Your recent, relevant sales experience is critical to your ability to engage with field teams.   Proficient, thoughtful and insightful capacity to conduct and coach through strategic account/deal/opportunity reviews and territory planning is critical to this role's success.  Delivery of  these services across sales roles and business units with a customer-centric approach and an eye on diverse portfolio sales outcomes will be your primary focus. This role endeavours to drive optimal execution and collaboration via sales planning, develop  effective short and long term action plans in alignment with goals, and to iterate and adjust where necessary to accommodate internal and external change.

• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

Job Description

• To continuously plan, organise and perform routine QC analysis of incoming material, in-process and finished process samples in accordance to documented testing methodology. Planning and co-ordination of the workload is required to meet the demands of other departments and the wider business.
• To be responsible for making daily decisions on any QC results, problem solving skills are required to ensure only true results are accepted which could have a minor impact on the business.
• Proactively identify and initiate continuous improvements to products and systems used within QC.
• To carry out short term projects involving non-routine analysis (upto six months). This includes customer complaint investigations which requires problem solving which could be based on vague information, involving multiple departments and knowledge of the site products.
• May be responsible for calibration of equipment and maintenance of the records follwing routine procedures.
• To liaise and communicate daily (both verbal and written) correct results and information to the appropriate departments in a timely manner. Accurate results and attention to detail ensures that the customer receives the correct quality of product to their specification requirements. This minimises the number of quality complaints and claims from the external customers.
• Role holders provide guidance to plant operators when in the laboratory and assume full responsibility of the QC laboratory outside of standard working hours. To work with no supervision outside normal hours.
• Decision making that impacts other departments will be through referral to line managment or shift managers (or equivalent) outside normal hours.
• To supervise and train new members of the department together with providing information and awareness of products and test methods.
• The role requires the job holder to have a good knowledge of site analytical techniques.

Job Description:

• Ensure the quality of all construction work performed on site are in accordance with the company's QAQC requirement.
• Visit project sites, arrange and conduct QAQC inspections on mainly Structural Works and Architectural Works.
• Assist project teams in the preparation of project specific CONQUAS/Quality Management assessment by BCA with specific contract requirements.

• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.

Remuneration Package

• Basic salary up to $6,500

• Work closely with Project Sales to understand clients’ requirements.
• Ability to liaise with oversea associate to come out with details drawing and visual.
• Work with QS and prepare drawings, costings, quotation and proposal.
• Work closely with Project Sales to manage project tasks and work schedule.

Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial fit-out.
