Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experienced including prior work within the goverment sector, to join our dynamic team in the automotive servicing industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that all automotive repairs, maintenance, and services in various workshops meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the service processes, conduct and prepare for audits, inspections, investigating quality issues or customer feedbacks, and collaborating with the team to ensure that customer vehicles are serviced efficiently and to specification.

Core Responsibilities

1. Conduct regular inspections and audits of service procedures and practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and full compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Evaluate departmental processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work areas for adherence to quality assurance (QA) standards, making necessary adjustments as required.
3. Assess contractor compliance with both organizational and regulatory quality standards through comprehensive inspections and audits.
4. Prepare and analyze quality assessment reports to identify gaps, recommend improvements, and enhance service delivery.
5. Identify operational faults and prioritize corrective actions based on the severity and criticality of the issues.
6. Conduct internal Quality Management System (QMS) audits to ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality-related information.
7. Ensure all departments adhere to the organization’s quality policies and standards.
8. Verify that document management and record-keeping practices comply with quality procedures, facilitating both internal and external audits.
9. Oversee the effective management, qualification, and validation of equipment and systems.
10. Ensure regular maintenance and updating of quality-related project documentation.
11. Escalate complex issues affecting work products or service quality to the appropriate team members for resolution.
12. Drive continuous improvement in production quality through the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.
13. Maintain and control master lists of all released Quality Management System (QMS) documents to ensure up-to-date documentation.
14. Perform vendor quality assessments to advise on contract renewals, terminations, and new vendor selection.
15. Plan and conduct regular internal inspections and audits in line with relevant procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive servicing, repair, or maintenance, with a focus on quality control or assurance. Prior experience within the government sector is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair processes, diagnostics, and industry best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications / Certifications Required

Responsibilities

• Support production shift team with sample testing
• Cleaning and preparation of sampling apparatus, Ampule, gel bottles and other laboratory glassware.
• Prepare reagent and standard sample for analytical equipment.
• Report abnormalities and support troubleshooting of equipment.
• Review and revise for QC process flow, control plan and SOP of analytical such as non-prime product, process problems and complain.

About the role:

• Revise and Review SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures): Review and update existing SOPs to ensure they are aligned with current regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. • Perform Archival of Quality Operations (QO) Documents: Manage and ensure the accurate archival of all Quality Operations (QO) documents, including batch records, SOPs, validation protocols, and test records. Ensure that archived records are organized, easily retrievable, and comply with all regulatory and internal standards. Assist in the preparation of documents for audits and inspections as required by internal and external regulatory bodies.

About you:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or manufacturing industries.
  Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, batch records, and other relevant quality control practices. Experience in document control, archiving, and handling quality documents.
