Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex environments to identify and eliminate network or system configuration issues
• Lead the troubleshooting and performing of root causes failure analysis for infrastructures issues
• Manage the delivery of infrastructure across AWS environments, On-prem, VMware, hyper-converge technology ensuring alignment with SLAs and customer expectations. Oversee the daily operations environments, including incident management, Service Request, change control, and problem resolution.
• Strong understanding in dashboards and tools (e.g. eG, Managed Engine, SolarWinds, AWS Monitor) to ensure real-time health and performance visibility of operation environments.
• Contribute to project and transition plans schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for OT/IT Infra & Apps projects, aligning with Industry 4.0, Whole-Of-Government (WOG) and IM8 standards.
• Spearhead in creating overall ITSM processes and IT Service Desk setup including ticketing system, utilizing the ITIL framework to enhance service efficiency.
• Spearhead and focus in strategically preparing and building the day-2 / operational plan, such as engineer work schedule, operation yearly activity calendar, preventive maintenance (PM) schedule, patch management schedule, audit activity
• Conduct regular service reviews with clients, providing insights on operational health, upcoming changes, and performance metrics. Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as an advisor and advocating for client needs internally. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service adjustments meet evolving client requirements.
• Resource and Capacity Management- Oversee infrastructure resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal service delivery and performance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to monitor and maintain security controls, addressing any vulnerabilities proactively. Reporting and Documentation Provide detailed service delivery reports, tracking SLAs, KPIs, and incident metrics.

Requirements:

Main Duties and Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager (Travel Distribution) for the Resort, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of strategies to enhance our distribution channels. Working through travel agencies, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other distribution platforms, you will work with the team to enhance the Resort’s exposure and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Overview

To lead and manage a team to functional Screening Operations. The role includes but not limited to: ensure smooth running of operations at Functional Screening events, monitor and track programme KPIs to ensure KPIs are achieved, review and update policy on a timely basis.

Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and implement health screening events calendar to meet annual target.
2. Ensure programme KPIs, service standards and operational targets are met.
3. Events are carried out efficiently and within timeline.
4. Workflows are reviewed, documented and communicated to all stakeholders within timeline. All workflows are carried out according to guidelines, standards and policies.
5. Adverse events are attended to promptly and followed through according to guidelines, standards and policies.
6. Manage the resources and improve processes to deliver the KPIs of the programme.
7. Ensure the internal policy and procedures are properly documented.
8. Ensure follow up of functional screening (L2) within the target timeline.
9. Ensure accurate and timely submission of data to MOH.
10. Maintain the health screening database.
11. Analyse the screening and follow up data.
12. Engage and ensure team members are guided to deliver the desired team results.
13. Carry out projects/assignments as and when assigned to deliver expected results of projects/assignments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain updated and accurate documents and records on ISO 9001, 14001 and 13485 system (includes Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, Forms, etc.) to ensure system compliance and ready for Management Review
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ensure readiness of all sections for third party certification body, management review and customer audits

• Lead the team of QC inspectors in the inspection of parts for conformity in accordance with relevant drawing requirements
