Job Responsibilities

• Devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment
• Designing and analysing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment
• Conducting quality assurance tests and performing statistical analysis to assess the level of control and manage product quality risks
• Undertaking root cause analysis of incidents requiring corrective action
• Ensure that corrective measures and deviation meet acceptable reliability standards
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• API Q1 and Q2 certifications

Job Scope

• Acknowledge the complaint
• Update the complaint in SAP & Customer complaint log
• Track the complaint & close the complaint once actions are completed
• Summarize complaints for monthly reporting (LOS & Q-reporting)
• Properly handle customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on inquiries related to cable standards, test reports, and complaint handling
• Conduct incoming inspections when required or prompted by customer complaints
• Update results in the SAP system and release inspected lots according to the defined usage decision
• Generate Supplier Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and track corrective actions by liaising with the supplier
• Assist in other day-to-day activities related to the QA department as assigned by your superior

Requirement

• Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or relevant discipline
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in electrical / electronic product testing and qualification
• Possess knowledge in ISO 9001: 2015 QMS standard will be added advantage
• Possess experience in SAP system will be more advantageous
