Authorities and Responsibilities

Objectives of the position:

Role Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring wafer products meet quality standards by developing shipment procedures, improving processes, resolving anomalies, and overseeing staff training.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain wafer product shipment standards and procedures to ensure alignment with customer quality requirements.
• Improve the quality of wafer product shipments by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyse and address quality control inspection anomalies, promptly resolving customer complaints.
• Conduct process analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives for semiconductor products to elevate overall product quality.
• Oversee training and certification programs for quality control personnel to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or other related engineering or science disciplines
• At least 1 years of relevant work experience.

Description

The AppleCare Technologies team has an immediate opening for a Cross-Functional Quality Engineer to plan and lead cross-functional testing across complex AppleCare projects. You will be responsible for the planning, preparation, resourcing, execution management, issue resolution, and progress reporting of testing activities across business and technical groups on the project. Through your knowledge of industry best practices for quality management, you will help to evolve the way we approach test planning and execution.

Develop Comprehensive Testing Strategies:

• Quality advocate who will collaborate with business and technical teams to create quality test plans for cross- functional systems projects, focusing on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Design testing structures, defining roles and responsibilities across all regions, Apple organizations, and third-party vendors as needed.

Establish UAT Communication and Coordination:

• Define and manage UAT communication plans, including meeting schedules and escalation processes across global time zones.
• Lead the scheduling and coordination of UAT preparation and execution activities.

Risk Management and Resource Planning:

• Proactively identify technological, organizational, and political risks, developing effective mitigation strategies.
• Estimate resource requirements for testing and ensure realistic plans are in place.
• Ensure the availability of test environments and necessary data to support testing activities.

Optimize Testing Through Automation and Analysis:

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience leading testing/QA, with emphasis on planning and managing cross-functional testing
• BE / BS Tech in Computer Science or information management from a premier school

• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience with different testing methodologies and driving a quality mindset
• Ability to develop technical expertise and understanding of system interdependencies, and their impacts on testing plans

Responsibilities:

As the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and compliance with ISO22000 for our central kitchen, supermarket counters and trading business under the subsidiary company.

Your key responsibilities include:

1. Compliance Management:

• Oversee and implement food safety and quality management systems in accordance with ISO22000.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal standards.

2. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all food safety and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

3. Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver training programs for operation staff at the central kitchen and supermarket counters on food safety protocols and best practices.
• Keep the team informed about updates in food safety regulations and industry trends.

4. Incident Response:

• Establish and implement effective procedures for handling food safety incidents and product recalls protocols.
• Conduct thorough investigations into any breaches of food safety standards and recommend corrective actions.

5. Supplier and Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and safety of raw materials used in our production processes.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers based on established criteria.

Qualifications:

• Certification in ISO22000.
• Proven experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in the sushi and sashimi production industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform internal audits as per internal audit schedule in accordance to AS9100, and PART-21 Subpart G requirements OR AS9110C and P-145 requirements
• Manage the qualification and authorization of Technician, Inspector and Signatory (APU)/ Certifying Staff (ARU)
• Facilitate training management, by doing operator audits, manage operator certifications, stamp register control, product authorization matrix, and follow up of re-certification
• Support external audits, (Civil Aviation Authorities, customers and Certification bodies)
• Facilitate and participate in Analysis and Decision committee / Material Review board, related to product non conformity. (APU)
• Manage and update Quality procedures in the Quality Management System
• Validate the qualification of new test equipment
• Participate and contribute in Production Readiness Reviews
• Perform training on Quality related topics for staff
• Manage the internal production or repair quarantine.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Quality, Quality Management or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Avionics Workshop Maintenance Environment/ Electronics Workshop / Mechanical Workshop or production
• Minimum 3 years of Quality Auditing experience
• Experienced in Procedural and Process developments
• Knowledge in: AS9100D (APU), PART-21 Subpart G (APU), Or AS9110C (ARU) Or PART-145 (ARU)
