Responsibilities

• Review each circuit of the schematic to ensure proper wiring, confirming correct separation of voltages, communication, main power, and any accessory outlets.
• Verify that all parts match the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Perform point-to-point continuity tests to ensure correct wiring.
• Check the correct wire gauge and colour.
• Inspect all labels, sit-track tags, for proper placement, accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Apply power to the panel to ensure all electrical components function correctly.
• Verify the paint colour and ensure no damage to the paint job.
• Document any discrepancies on the corrective action sheet and inform the appropriate team leader for necessary corrections.
• After repairs, recheck and verify that corrections are complete, initial the "checked by" box on the corrective action sheet.
• Sign off in the "QC checked by" box for the quality inspector on the QA sheet.
• Release the enclosure for dock audit and prepare it for shipment to the customer.

• Possess at least a Diploma with specialization in Events Management, Mass Communication or Project Management preferred
• Preferably at least 4 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the field of Events, Entertainment or Exhibition
• Strong interest in the music/entertainment or exhibition industry and possess great knowledge in music trends
• Great attention to detail, is highly responsible and takes pride and ownership in work done
• Excellent people managing skills
• Highly independent and resourceful team player with impeccable integrity

We’ll Count on You To:

• Work with prospecting, digital campaign and Biz Development teams to receive and analyze entity prospects for on-boarding to specific service channels based on profile
• Work with prospects to receive their documents for onboarding in a timely manner to meet targeted on-boarding commitments
• Work with clients in achieving private banking user experience, including use of our banking platform
• Collaborate with sales and biz development teams to develop and deliver appropriate client engagement and retention strategies
• Develop strong long-lasting relationships with clients and proactively manage ‘at-risk’ clients together with sales & biz development teams
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products to existing clients
• Create and implement client success plans, tailoring strategies to align with individual customer objectives and drive long-term success
• Identify and collect client insight and feedback that can support and drive client experience with the company
• Maintain accurate client record-keeping including KYC Documents, Agreements, Pricing, specific referral Re-Seller details, meeting notes, takeaways, changes, market intelligence and feedback on company databases
• Ensure you are up to date with the product features and enhancements and be able to translate to a number of customer use cases
• Actively participate in Fintech events and conferences where required
• Act as the supervisor and team leader for and to develop a team of executives and senior executives responsible for roles such as KYC client communication, Client On-Boarding set-up, Client Transactions management and System enhancements delivery
• Lead client relationships and operations success with keen commitments to time-lines, business goals, and deliverables needed to make business happen to plan
• Lead daily/weekly operating calls with the rest of the organization for business progress updates, support needed to meet milestones
• Pro-actively work with Biz Development, Referral Programs, Compliance, Finance and HR to plan actions and set expectations for them in the short and medium terms

• 7 to 10 years in similar roles in licensed financial institutions
• Fluency in more than one global spoken language is an advantage
• Compliance, KYC knowledge for corporate entities is key to success; related Certifications are an advantage
• Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Technology, Marketing, Economics and legal is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and perform month end closing and consolidation reporting
• Review supporting schedules, including month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare statutory financial statements, management reports and Group reporting
• Prepare annual budget, monitor cash flow and prepare monthly forecast
• Prepare GST returns, assist in Corporate Tax filing for the assigned companies
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external service provider
• Manage ad-hoc projects when assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree holder with Chartered Accountant certification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience and experience in audit/group consolidation is an advantage
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) to liaise with business partners in Hong Kong
• Candidates with accounting background in listed companies / MNCs / Big 4 are preferred
• Team player who is pro-active, self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Strong technical accounting background
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in internal controls and statutory regulations
