Create unit tests throughout the data and algorithms domain:

 Work with engineering and business teams to implement wide-coverage unit tests

of data and engineered features at different stages throughout the data collection

and processing pipeline;

 Create unit tests of inputs to and outputs from the algorithms that drive the clinical

service;

 The unit tests include validation of the inputs and outputs of black-box machine

learning algorithms;

 Establish a regular process to execute the tests and document their outcomes as

a part of our product development and release lifecycle;

2. Implement and refine mechanisms to continuously archive the state of algorithmic inputs

and outputs:

 Implement a process of taking snapshots of data/features input into algorithms

necessary to recreate their outputs/predictions at any point in the past during the

service;

 Communicate requirements to the software development team

3. Assist in the successful delivery of regular service analytics and reports:

 Support the business and analytics teams in their daily and weekly delivery of

reports on data completion, user engagement, and algorithm actions by

addressing any data quality and validation requirements;

REQUIREMENTS

a) Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business analytics, technology, or a

related field.

b) Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data product

management roles within the tech industry. Experience in healthcare is a plus.

c) Ability to implement tests in Python.

d) Good understanding of the validation requirements of an algorithmic product. Knowledge of

healthcare regulation and auditing requirements is a plus.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· Perform analysis and tests of drug products, raw materials, in-process materials, release test samples, stability samples, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing, to ensure quality standards and compliance with established specifications.

· Preparation of reagents/diluents/ dissolution media as per STP.

· Perform a various qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples using modern and automated instrumentation.

· Utilize electronic laboratory information systems such as LIMS for acquisition and processing of analytical data.

· Ensure implementation of SOP for all corresponding activities.

· Write controlled documentation related to QC Laboratory operations or testing such as SOP's, analytical protocols, analysis reports and forms.

· Ensure real time documentation, maintain data integrity and appropriate traceability.

· Assist in maintenance and calibration of test instruments per specifications.

· Responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant execution of assigned projects, analytical testing and related documentation.

· Responsible for checking all results in LIMS/RDS and reporting of any observed results that do not meet the requirement (OOS/OOT/Deviation) for further investigation.

· Destruction of expired finished products/ raw material samples as per SOP and recording the same in the register.

· Responsible for QC lab and equipment/instrument cleanliness.

· Responsible for procuring and receipt of QC lab glassware and consumables.

· Any other activities as and when assigned by the Superior.

EDUCATION:

· Degree / Diploma in science related discipline (e.g. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering).

EXPERIENCE:

· (Specialist) Minimum 4 years of quality control experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

· (Analyst) Fresh grad/ 1-2 years of quality control experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

· Possess working knowledge of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry.

· A good team player with positive learning attitude.

· Working knowledge of validation, calibration and operation of laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, FTIR and Dissolution equipment.

Job description:
• Perform dimensional/functional inspection of First Article (FA), Incoming, In-process or Outgoing parts in accordance to Work Instructions to ensure that components and products conform to specifications.

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Customer complaints handling will also include the necessary communication with all the stake holders (Customer, Supplier, CS, PP, SVM, LOG). Knowledge in cable testing and specification requirements will be required to understand Customer complaints (technical & logistics).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage Customer complaint processes such as acknowledgement of the complaint, updating into SAP, keeping track of the complaint, closure of the complaint & summarizing for monthly reporting. Proper handling of customers’ needs by providing accurate and timely information on enquiries related to cable standards, test reports and handling of customer complaints.

2. Track supplier quality by means of in-coming inspection when required or arise from Customer complaints. Update results in SAP system and release inspected lots according to the usage decision defined. To generate supplier CAR and track for corrective action by liaising with the supplier.

3. Familiar with and comply to international cable testing standards and procedures. Contribute to achieving company & department KPIs through due diligence, duty of care & personal accountability for Quality assurance in all tasks.

4. Liaising with relevant departments to effectively close the Customer complaints

5. Maintain records in SAP

6. Operate Laboratory test equipment when required

7. Assist Customer’s Technical enquiries e.g Product Test Report, RoHS, REACH, CE

8. Supplier claim processes and 8D report.

9. Prepare and issue Customer Test Certificates & COC

10. Assist in other day to day activities related to QA department as assigned by Superior.

Skills & Qualification:

▪ Min. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical) or equivalent

▪ Min. 2 years’ experience in electrical / electronic product testing and qualification. Training will be provided.

▪ Knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2015 QMS standard.

▪ Must be able to operate lab equipment (calliper, visual scope, resistance checker, High voltage tester).

▪ Prior experience in SAP system is required for this role. Knowledge of cable product testing is an added advantage.

• Perform rigorous quality checks and controls to ensure food products are safe and compliant with health and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience.
