Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the mobile shop.
• Open and close the store on time and maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
• Monitor cash flow, and sales transactions, and ensure accurate billing and receipts
• Supervise and motivate sales staff to meet sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Assign tasks and create schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
• Train the team to explain features of mobile phones, accessories, and plans.
• Promote new products, offers, and services to increase sales.
• Track stock levels for mobile phones, accessories, and SIM cards.
• Manage orders, ensure timely restocking, and reduce excess inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize loss or theft.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and deals for phones, accessories, and services.
• Ensure timely delivery of stock to avoid shortages.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations (e.g., warranty policies, and returns).
• Maintain records of transactions, sales reports, and staff performance.
• Submit regular performance and inventory reports to senior management.
• Plan and execute in-store promotions, discounts, and events to attract customers.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for digital campaigns and local advertisements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adapt strategies as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest mobile technologies, plans, and accessories.
• Train the team to troubleshoot and offer basic technical support to customers.
