Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP projects
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the procurement process
• Participate in project meetings
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders

Requirement:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Min 4 years working experience in residential and industrial projects
• Knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical
