The Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor (Executive) manages and prepares all the cost estimates for the construction projects. This ranges from initial calculations to the final accounts to help in bidding and determining the price of the service. • Collect, compile, and assess supplier quotations according to tender specifications.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all contractual matters.
• Independently manage costing to complete the entire tender process.
• Coordinate with suppliers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and fellow QS team members to prepare cost estimates for tender submissions.
• Address and follow up on client queries related to submitted tenders.
• Attend site briefings (when required) during pre-tender and tender interviews.
• Ensure timely submission of documents to clients and relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of drawings for all tenders and projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Quick learner with strong self-motivation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Experience (5 years or more) in the ACMV/Electrical sector is preferred.
• Familiar with PSSCOC / SIA / REDAS and / or Singapore contract laws, Singapore Citizens and Malaysians with SG work experience of more than 5 years preferred.
