· Certifies sub-contractors claims based on site progress and quantity;

· Requests for AI/EI with the respective consultants;

· Attends internal and external project closure meetings with consultants;

· Submits the warranty based on contractual terms;

· Ensures PM’s submission of as built drawings and OM manual;

· Follows through with the landlord on refund of fit out deposit;

· Any other duties as may be assigned survey, fit out deposit if required;
