• Computer skills – Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words. AutoCAD, etc.)

Roles & Responsibilities

· Familiar with Quantity Surveying, Tender Taking Off, Processing and Formulating Progress Claims and Claim Certification.

· Knowledge of contract / tender documents administration.

Requirements

· Possess a Diploma/ Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying/ Building/ Engineering from a recognized Institution

· Min 2 Years of Quantity Surveying Experience as QS or similar duties with fair knowledge of Construction Details and Process.

· Able to communicate efficiently in both English and Mandarin

· Possess fair knowledge for Microsoft Words and Excel
