• Explore and convert new leads or opportunities into new clients
• Build rapport and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Sales engagement and closing deals with clients
• Preparation of Quotations and Tender Submissions to clients.
• Attend Site Show Round.
• Understand clients needs and provide best value for money solutions.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent.
• No work experience required.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales/Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise measurements of quantities and provide reliable cost estimates.
• Prepare project tender submissions, including bills of quantities.
• Develop and submit necessary project documentation like M&E plans and shop drawings.
• Handle monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), account finalizations.
• Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure project success.
• Manage purchasing and inventory effectively.
• Execute additional duties as required.
• Assist with AutoCAD drawings as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within the construction sector.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D).
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight, thrive under pressure, and meet stringent deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
• Candidates who can start immediately are preferred

Working location – Islandwide

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend Tender's site show round, take-off quantity based on Tender Auto-CAD drawings.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities, collect quotations/costs from suppliers.
• Compile total costing and tender documentation for Project Director.
• Gather quotes and costs for addendum variation orders, submit VO quotations for approval from Main-con/Developer.
• Collaborate closely with Site Engineers on Progress claims regularly.
• Assist Site Engineers/Supervisors in procuring materials, coordinate Purchase Orders, and Delivery.
• Coordinate with LEW Authorities for Turn-on/Testing/Approval.
