1. Require relevant qualification i.e. Degree in Building / QS recognised by SISV

2. Require to multi-task

3. Experience in closing account and awarding subcontractors preferred.

4. Able to write and converse reasonably well in English and Mandarin（Some of the company's employee and project manager only speak Mandarin ）

5. At least 3 year working experience

• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing technical drawings and performing precise measurements.
• Skilled in the preparation of Bills of Quantities.
• Experienced in reviewing and understanding tender documents, contracts, specifications, and terms of agreement.
• Capable of analyzing quotations, pricing, and rates, including rate breakdowns and cost estimations.
• Proficient in contract administration tasks, such as processing payments and managing variation claims in line with contractual requirements.
• Experienced in managing all tender-related activities for the successful procurement of new projects.
• Able to handle various business-related tasks as required by the holding company.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willing to participate in activities supporting the company’s broader objectives, such as community and charity events.
• Committed to delivering high-quality work within specified deadlines and operational constraints.

Requirements:

Job Description:

• Reviews tender documents / requests for proposal to understand project details and requirements.
• Supporting in quantity take offs, estimation, prepare tender submission, cost planning, sourcing sub-contractors, forecast budgeting, variation orders, final accounts
• Preparation of list of prequalified bidders for comparison, cost analysis, negotiations and awarding of sub-contractors· Preparation of tender submissions, when required
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation
• Preparation and Issuance of Contracts to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers
• Reviewing of tender documents, drawings, and requirements
• Prepare and analyse costings for tender
• Getting involved in post-tender submission activities
