Degree or diploma in Building, Quantity surveying or equivalent with at least 5 years working experience with main contractor in private residential projects. For those who do not meet the experience requirement but have the special interest with good exam result will be considered for the junior QS.

• At least 4 years of LTA experience

• Candidates shall have relevant experience in Singapore consultant firm, preparing and drafting structural plan using AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsibilities:

1. Cost Estimation:Assist in preparing preliminary cost estimates and budgets.
   Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and drawings for accurate cost assessment.

   Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs) and other tender documents.
   
3. Contract Administration:Support in preparing, analyzing, and managing contracts and subcontract agreements.
   Monitor variations or changes to contracts and assess their financial impact.
   
4. Cost Monitoring and Reporting:Track and record project expenditures.
   Assist in preparing financial reports and valuations.
   
5. Procurement:Help in sourcing materials and negotiating prices with suppliers.
   Maintain records of purchased items and cost agreements.
   
6. Compliance:Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health and safety guidelines.

• Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX, PlanSwift).

(A) Job Summary:

The Land Surveyor is responsible for conducting survey work throughout all phases of construction, ensuring that measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites are accurate for the project.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

The Land Surveyor is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Identify and assess any foreseeable risks arising from the workplace or work processes, and minimize environmental impacts associated with construction activities.
• Assist department heads and site supervisors with all setting out, levelling, and other related surveying work on site.
• Conduct land surveying and measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment.
• Perform levelling and traversing to transfer TBM and reference lines accurately.
• Coordinate and plan daily site survey work.
• Prepare setting out drawings for construction purposes.
• Any Ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying or Geo-spatial information and technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experiences as Surveyor, preferably with civil projects.
