• Liasing with sub contractor for quotation and procurement of materials
• Project Administration, Contracts variations & documentation.
• Preparation and Submission of Progress Claims
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Well versed in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD etc
• Required language(s): English
• Min 1 year work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge in BIM360 is an advantage
• Diploma/ Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering from a recognized University, or from a recognized Polytechnic.

Working Day: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

Senior/ Quantity Surveyor (Project/Tender/M&E)

Responsibilities

• Quantity Take-off
• Estimating and Tendering
• Project Progress Claims, Variations and Final Accounts
• General contracts administration, including payment, claims and V.O
• Negotiation with subcontractors / suppliers, based on good knowledge of market rates
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management
