• Liaise and carry out evaluation and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors

• Study, identify and highlight discrepancies in tender/contract documents

• To perform price comparison and quotation evaluation

• Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings

• Any other adhoc assignments as assign by the immediate Superior

Job Requirements

· Graduates from accredited universities with bachelor degree in quantity surveying or construction management.

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

· Ability to manage tight deadlines and high-pressure situations effectively.

· Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
