• Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation
• Knowledge of electrical products and costing
• Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences
• Submission of progress claims and site valuations
• Preparation of Variation Order for submission
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients
• Ensure timely completion of an assign tender

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of QS experience
• Computer skills – Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words. AutoCAD, etc.)
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active, and responsible
• Abie to work under a tight timeline
• Must be a team player

Job Description: Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Reporting to the Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative support to the Quantity Surveying Department.
• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates for project tender submissions.
• Understanding tenders in relation to scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical and/or Mechanical Works.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in project tendering.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
