Job Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma in land surveying, Geology or Civil Engineering, recognised by LSB

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as Registered Surveyor for Civil/ LTA and MRT projects in Singapore

- A registered Surveyor under Land Surveyors Act (issued with a certification of registration)

- Knowledge in CADD using AutoCAD, Civil3D BIM, Revit, Microstation

- Familiar with and able to interpret structural, architectural and M&E drawings, for coordination work

- Geo Spatial Diploma

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed land surveys, preparing accurate site plans, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements. The Land Surveyor will work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to support construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and site features.
• Use GPS, total stations, and other survey equipment for accurate measurements.
• Prepare survey drawings, maps, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, GPS).
• Strong understanding of local land regulations and construction practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Class 3 driving license is a must.

Working Conditions:

• Fieldwork at various project sites with exposure to different weather conditions.
