Job Description
General Administration
· To dispatch mails, information and students’ items
· To do filing of documents
· To assist in data entry and editing of documents
· To issue and collect teachers’ workstation keys
· To issue stationery items to staff
· To assist in receiving of goods
· To keep stock of first aid items
· To take part & assist in School events when needed
· To maintain tidiness of the General Office
Customer Service
· To manage front-desk duties, including answering phone calls and attending to walkin customers
· To maintain customer related information when required, e.g. phone log.
Student Management
· To assist student in times of needs, eg lost & found items, change of uniform, locating teacher/classroom/parent
· To assist in first aid for minor injuries
· To keep track of Lost & Found items
· To manage stock of spare uniform
Any other duties assigned by School Leaders
Requirements
· GCE “O” levels or equivalent experiences
· Good communication and inter-personal skills
· Proficient in MS Office
· Minimum 1 year experience in reception counter/admin duties in primary school environment
·
Working hours
· Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
· Fridays: 7.00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Additional info:
· Contract Period: From 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
