Printing Operator Duties

• To process printing requests from the staff of the Authority.

• Update job status and assist in tabulating, on a monthly basis, the amount of printing carried out using the machines supplied by the vendor.
• Perform regular checks to ensure school’s printing machines are functional and support on the operational needs as required.
• Perform scanning, laminating, binding and finishing operations.

Qualifications:

• Able to speak and read simple English, operate photocopying machine.
• Minimum PSLE or equivalent certificate

This advertisement is recruiting for the position of Receptionist.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Yishun.

Contract Period: from 3 Feb 2025 - 31 Dec 2025.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6.45am – 4 pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
• Fridays: 6.45am – 3.30pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The service required are set out as follows :

• Assist with daily administrative duties such as documentation, data entry work, printing of worksheets and managing correspondences with stakeholders.

• Handle walk-in customer service.
• Administer basic first aid and care for sick students.
• Perform printing jobs (for worksheets, booklets, letters, etc).

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Must possess GCE ‘N’ or its equivalent (Critical Criteria), and should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
• Possess Basic First Aid certification
• Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
