• A diploma or GCE ‘O’ level qualification or higher.
• Proficiency in at least two languages, including English and a Mother Tongue language. Preference will be given to candidates conversant in both English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A pleasant disposition with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

- Perform front desk reception duty

- Handle all incoming calls timely and professionally

- Attend to customers/ walk-in guests/ vendors in a professional and warm manner

- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mails

- Posting, distribution and sorting of mails, parcels, couriers

- Manage ordering of lunch process from taking orders to vendor payment

- Filing and sorting of overtime request forms and leave related documents

- Entry officer for e-leave on behalf of foreign workers

- Assist on ad-hoc tasks as and when required

Requirement

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level

- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience

- Computer literate; experience in Microsoft Office

- Pleasant disposition and customer service oriented

- Able to work independently with initiative and accountability

The candidate should have experience in front desk, handling phone calls and taking appointments for our therapists. Duties include taking payments and she should have basic experience in excel worksheet and able to work on weekends.

• Handling entire reception area during normal work hours and school events.
• Conference and Board room management for various day to day purpose.

• Support operations team with managing IT equipment like projectors/ display screens, photocopier, fax etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum two (2) years relevant experience in a school environment (preferred).
