• Inventory & Compliance: Oversee clinic supplies, uphold health and safety standards, and manage relationships with suppliers and clients
• Onboarding & Confidentiality: Onboard new patients, explain clinic policies, and ensure the highest standards of data protection and privacy
• Financial & Record Keeping: Manage payroll, track leave, coordinate with the accountant, and handle banking transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Proven leadership skills, committed to delivering a high standard of service
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping experience; proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Background in healthcare administration or customer service is preferred but not required
• Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Position Details:

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week, typical working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-6pm.

Clinic Assistant

Working day: 5.5 days work week
Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm), Saturday (9am – 12.30pm)
Salary range: $2000 - $3,000
Location: Mt Elizabeth Hospital, Orchard & Gleneagles Medical Centre [Travel is required]

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Patient Service Associate at one of our clinics.
• Handle front desk related matters such as customer enquiries and cashiering.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the clinic
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties assigned by the doctor as required.
