Responsibilities include:

• Taking calls and email enquiries
• Booking and re-scheduling of appointments
• Manning of reception counter and registration of patients
• Payment collection
• Coverage of other branches on an as-needed basis
• General housekeeping

Work hours:

• Mon-Fri - 8:45am - 6:15pm

Temp – Perm Receptionist (6 months - Perm)

8.30am to 6.00pm

$3000 - $3500

• Arrange Local and International Courier service through the website accordingly.
• When receive the courier parcel delivery, need to record down the parcel ID, receiver name, etc. for tracking purpose.
• For International Courier service, will check and get approval from supervisor before sent out.
• Update temporary staff card activation for the new interns / last day.
• Prepare new comers’ stationery, notebook, cup and temporary staff cards and print out their name and put on the work cubicle.
• Arrange and inform IT colleague to set up PC for them accordingly.
