Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level or above in any field.

• Full-time position(s) available.
• Working hours 11 am - 8 pm
• Work location at CBD and near MRT station

• Salary: $1500 - $1700
• Location: East (Accessible by Aljunied and Paya Lebar MRT)
• 5.5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm), Saturday (8am - 12pm)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls and, if necessary, document messages.
• Address inquiries from relatives/public and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for relatives, visitors, and suppliers, including issuing visitor tags.
• Oversee the process of relatives/visitors taking residents out of the Home, maintaining accurate records.
• Receive and account for the delivery of goods from the Home's suppliers.
• Document incoming mails and distribute them to recipients who sign for their receipt.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of GCE ‘O’ Level
• Candidate is Bilingual proficiency
• Demonstrates excellent telephone manners.
• Focused on providing exceptional service and interacting effectively with people.
