The Role

The Senior Corporate Recruiter will be driving the company’s growth by recruiting top talent for the open roles, offering the internal hiring managers and interviewers expert advice, and guiding other recruiters and coordinators in the team. In addition, the role will assist with special recruitment projects as needed. The responsibilities will encompass meeting with hiring managers to comprehend their needs and establish a recruitment strategy, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques to develop diverse talent pools, conducting initial resume reviews and phone screenings, and orchestrating the interview process in collaboration with hiring managers. He/she will also cooperate with the Global TA Team in scheduling interviews, align with HR Managers to formulate compelling compensation packages and negotiate job offers with candidates. Your Profile

The ideal candidate should bring along 8 or more years of comprehensive corporate recruitment experience. He/she should have proven success collaborating with cross-functional partners like Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, and Marketing and must be comfortable working on multiple corporate roles in a dynamic corporate environment. Proficiency in various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, BOOLEAN searches, cold-calling, networking, and database mining is essential, so is robust verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications

Education:

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Personal Assistant cum Recruiter to join our team, supporting the recruitment and administrative needs of our financial advisory unit. This role is ideal for someone skilled in both administrative coordination and recruitment, with a keen interest in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support

• Manage and organize the schedules, appointments, and calendars for senior financial advisors, ensuring optimal time management.
• Assist to prepare necessary documents for appointments.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining client files, advisor contracts, and other confidential records.
• Schedule and book meeting rooms for appointment and recruitment activities.
• Track and report key metrics related to advisor performance and recruitment progress.

2. Recruitment Duties

• Source and identify potential financial advisors through online platforms, networking, and industry events.
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting, assessing candidates’ experience and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with senior financial advisors.
• Assist with onboarding new advisors by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth start.
• Promote the company’s employer brand by highlighting our unique offerings, culture, and career growth opportunities.

3. Communication and Coordination

• Act as a central point of communication between advisors, management, and other departments.
• Support recruitment and networking events by promoting engagement with potential candidates.
• Regularly communicate with candidates, providing updates and guidance to maintain a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in administrative or recruitment roles; experience in the financial sector is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for an experienced (Executive) Leadership Recruiter to join us and help us continue to build Adyen’s global leadership team further. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in the organization by bringing in senior leadership talent that spans across commercial, tech and everything in between.

What you’ll do

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for senior leadership roles across the organization - from intake meetings, sourcing and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation;
• Provide an outstanding high-touch candidate experience;
• Be a true business partner to senior hiring stakeholders - consult, advise, coach and educate on successful hiring practices;
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset to your work while inviting expertise from other stakeholders on our global HR team.
• Actively contribute to our employer brand efforts by nurturing talent communities, including across underrepresented groups;
• Be an active ambassador of the Adyen formula and ensure that we are engaging with senior leadership talent that can embrace the formula’s principles;

Who you are

• Experience with working in fast-paced, tech company environments and working across borders and functions to hire Senior (Executive) Leadership talent;
• You have excellent written and verbal communication. English fluency required – other Asian languages at a business level competency are a plus (Mandarin, Japanese).
• Excellent project and time management skills that allow for clarity and alignment of multiple senior stakeholders during complex talent searches;
• Deep knowledge of executive recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool;
• Ability to engage in a way that results in superior candidate and hiring manager satisfaction;

• This role is based out of our Singapore office. We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
• Some Domestic and International travel required
