What we're looking for:

• Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible due to government security clearance regulations.
• A minimum of one year's Salesforce programming experience within a complex enterprise-level organisation throughout the whole SDLC, using agile methodologies.
• Have experience in utilizing OmniScripts and OmniStudio to design and develop custom Salesforce applications.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement.
• Willing to become certified in Salesforce OmniStudio Developer, which will be funded and supported by us of course!

Job Decriptions:

• Conduct basic skin analysis and skin consultation
• Promoting the company’s services and products to customers
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and rapport with customers
• Maintain a professional, working environment by complying with standard operating procedures
• Achieve sales and other key business targets
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints of customers
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Have a passion in beauty and skin care with customer-oriented mindset is of upmost importance
• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in beauty consultancy/ retail industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Able to work retail hours on weekends and public holidays.
• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in beauty consultancy/ retail industry
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage

Engage with customers and corporate clients and provide travel solutions to meet their requirements and preferences. You need to book flights on the GDS systems, apply visa and travel insurance.

Working Day: Mon to Friday 9-6 pm

Sat 9 - 1 pm
