Requirements

• Diploma holder from a recognised institution, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or its equivalent. Having a degree will be advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in the management of mechanical and electrical systems, Large commercial Grade A building experience is a FULL REQUIREMENT.
• Experienced in Green Mark processes.
• Able to read and understand technical/structural drawings, e.g. as-built drawings is an absolute REQUIREMENT.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with a preferred background in SAP MM to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide operational support, handle incidents, service requests, and change requests independently while ensuring the resolution of issues within agreed SLAs. The role also requires expertise in functional areas of SAP FICO and basic technical skills in SAP ABAP debugging and coding.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide daily operational support for SAP FICO and MM (preferred) modules, including incident resolution and service requests.

· Handle change requests, including understanding functional requirements, performing root cause analysis, and proposing solutions.

· Resolve issues related to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payment Processes, Bank Statements, Procurement-to-Pay, and Asset Module.

· Communicate effectively with business users to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across modules.

· Perform technical debugging and basic coding in SAP ABAP to address simple issues or enhance system functionality.

· Ensure compliance with SLAs for issue resolution and change implementation.

· Document all solutions and maintain up-to-date records for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Functional Expertise:

· Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payment Processes, Bank Reconciliation, Procurement-to-Pay, and Asset Module.

· Experience with SAP MM module is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:

· Basic proficiency in SAP ABAP for debugging and simple coding tasks.

· Ability to analyse and resolve technical issues related to SAP FICO.

Problem Solving:

· Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions.

· Experience in resolving issues independently and managing priorities.

Communication and Collaboration:

· Strong communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO module support and implementation.

· Exposure to SAP MM processes and functionalities.
